Bo and Selah

Saturday was beautiful and a fitting setting for Bo and Selah's wedding. They got married at the Wesleyan church in Hosford and it was packed wall to wall. Both tears and laughter filled the church as they said their "I do's" in front of friends, family and well-wishers. After grabbing a few quick pictures we headed out to the Woodman of the World for the reception and some of the most luscious chocolate drenched strawberries and cherries Niki and I have ever tasted!

It was so sweet being able to participate in recording this new beginning for Selah and Bo. I love Selah like a youngin' of my own and I am so tickled to see them start out on their new life together. I hope they keep their marriage on track and make it as long as John and I have....and as happily! Good luck guys!

Aubrey was only 2 weeks when I saw her last. I couldn't believe how much she has grown.

Waylon & Lanie were so good during the session. We were trying to get some shots for Poly Wogs to Bullfrogs store. We need some frogs if anyone knows where we can get the little green ones.

The first day I got to see Brynlee I took pictures of her pretty much that whole day. I think we started around 9 or so and didn't leave the studio till around 3. I was in picture taking heaven. I will use her as my little model until she refuses like my girls did. Hopefully she wont hate me when she gets older...ha ha

Whitney and Phil had some of the best people around them in the form of family and friends. Kristen, Niki and I had the honor of taking their pictures. We smiled and laughed till our faces hurt and took pics till we had blisters!

Kristen and I arrived at the wedding site just as rain clouds gathered. Small drops were followed by a downpour. I think everyone was worried about the weather except Robin and Simon. They were right. The rain cleared, the skies turned blue and it was sunny again in time for the ceremony. The ceremony was carried out in both English and German and was so beautiful and touching. Their love for each other and family was very evident. Kristen and I were fine till Paul choked up...does he not know how hard it is to focus and cry at the same time? The pictures were beautiful and I am still working them but I wanted to put up a few for you to see.

I am not afraid of horses to the point that I run from them....but they are not my favorite animals to be close to. Paige's horses were well behaved and we got some really good shots. Beautiful people + Fun people =Awesome wedding.

Niki and I had the extreme pleasure of taking the pictures at Jasmine and Gary's wedding. It was magical....a fairytale. Everyone was pleasant and everyone had a wonderful time. I have never smiled so much, nor have I ever seen that many smiling people together at one time. The love and caring flooded the entire day. I always get the nicest weddings to do!

Gary gave all the guys pins as a remembrance of a passage in Isaiah.

These two are troopers! We took off to Tally to take these pics with two toddlers in tow. Neither Niki nor I would bow out to the other...so we both took their pics! Then I drove off with my camera on the bumper. Realized what happened. Drove back like crazed people (thanks Kyle) and bought my camera back from the homeless guy for 20 bucks. Short version here. But the pics were worth it!

It has been really busy with Niki and I not knowing if we were coming or going or both. It's starting to slow down and we are working on the little studio. (No occupant!) I had two shoots Friday and don't have much scheduled for a bit so I should get caught up! Dare I say that out loud?

Aaron and Leah were so sweet together. These are for their engagement and if the way they got along together Friday was any indication they are going to make a great married couple!

Three things I don't much like....cold (it was freezing), horses (their feet are very big and hard and there were a dozen...well maybe 4 or 5), cows (they just look at you...). One of the times I am glad there was no video.

Sami was about to freeze but it was so worth it. The pics look great!

One thing John doesn't much like.....taking pictures but I think he did pretty good.

Wow it's been busy!

Started Friday afternoon with Traci's bunch at McClay. I had some camera problems and flash problems (it comes in batches) and we redid some shots. Her family is sooo nice and they are funny too!

Then Saturday morning I am getting ready for the Navarre wedding and I get a phone call that says "I'm here. Where are you?" Seems someone (Serrina) did not call me back to tell me that the time was good for Jacqueline's appt. I rushed over and we took some REALLY good looking pics of all her guys. You need to look at the website. (The little guys are cute too!)

Tisha, BB and I took off for Navarre and a small intimate beach wedding....and the rain came. Actually it was more like a mini-monsoon. We kept thinking "Hey it's Florida. Give it 15 minutes and the weather will change." and it did...it got worse. Instead of a beach wedding we had to move to the conference room.

..and walked into a wall of glass! Photographer's nightmare! But it did make for a beautiful blue background and gave the pics a dreamy look! This is a couple very much in love! He would have physically stopped the storm if it would have been possible. Every thought of his was for her and keeping her happy. It was so sweet. She not once had a bad attitude or let the rain bother her.

They should do well.

Haven't had time to update here. I got the 8th grade formals done, pre-K has been ordered, Sneads delivered tomorrow, hopefully just ordered the last of prom, should finish up cap and gown pics this coming week, Niki is still working on Blountstown sports pics so I can get those orders finished, we really have been busy, oh and the Bristol Church of God fundraiser pics from Saturday and Sunday are online...and I finally got Maddie Grace up so her mom will quit Im'ing me.......Here is for you Heather!
